NAMI Oregon is headquartered in Portland Oregon where they organize support groups, classes, workshops, and advocacy. The support groups are free and confidential spaces for individuals and family members. Classes provide information about mental illness and recovery while advocacy work encourages volunteers to engage in public outreach and educational initiatives.
Recovery Network of Oregon was launched in 2020 to address recovery and end the addiction crisis. They provide medical care and treatment, health and wellness, financial resources, housing and shelter, and recovery meetings. Each is searchable by location helping you connect with local community care to recover from a substance use disorder.
Clackamas County Peer and Family Support Services help prevent addiction relapse and support mental health or substance use disorder recovery. Peer support is available in various settings including treatment centers, schools, courts, jails, and hospitals. Other services include dual diagnosis anonymous, a drop-in program for LGBTQ+ youth, and mental health peer support.
Lines for Life provides help 24/7, including language interpreters when you're struggling with a mental health condition or seeking guidance for addiction.
