About Me

I am licensed in Illinois and have nearly 10 years of work experience. I have experience working with individuals with autism, trauma and/or abuse histories, self injury, suicidal ideation, parenting difficulties, and compassion fatigue.
I approach my work with a focus on your strengths and with an understanding that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to help you work through difficulties and process parts of your life that may challenge you in order to enhance your self discovery.
You have made it to the first step of seeking out therapy and that is something you should be proud of yourself for. I hope to be able to help you find more things in your life to be proud of and help you move towards self love and acceptance!
