Lesley Randall is a licensed creative art therapist based in Rochester, New York. She offers sessions both online and in-person from the Rochester Center for Integrative Therapies and Biofeedback.

Healing Through Art

Ms. Randall has years of experience working with kids, teens and adults in various settings. She enjoys blending therapeutic approaches to meet clients’ individual needs. She has worked with clients on issues like anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship conflicts, headaches, ADHD and more. 

She specializes in verbal and art psychotherapy, using creative self-expression to help clients heal. She also offers neurofeedback and biofeedback for clients with anxiety, attention deficit disorders and somatic disorders such as IBS and migraines.

She aims to look at health from different perspectives and maintains a deep respect for the link between mental, physical, emotional and behavioral health.

Ms. Randall also provides a range of cognitive approaches for clients experiencing depression, seasonal affective disorders and trauma. She uses mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy (MBCT) and positive psychology to provide a truly unique experience for her clients. She enjoys creating a dialogue with clients and developing treatment plans to meet each individual’s needs.
