About Me

I have experience working with clients across all stages of life—from young children to older adults. I connect especially well with people struggling with anxiety, young adults navigating relationships and life transitions, new mothers, and parents seeking support. I also help clients explore the impact of generational trauma and how it may be shaping their current relationships.

As a certified EMDR therapist, I use evidence-based tools to help you process difficult experiences and move toward healing and growth. My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy, compassion, and active listening.

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and understood. I bring my authentic self to every session—offering helpful feedback, coping strategies, and a touch of humor as we navigate life’s challenges together.
