About Me

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, and stress.

My professional background includes working extensively with youth and families involved in the child welfare system, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma and significant life challenges. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and healing.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a strengths-based approach to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. I work alongside clients to identify their existing strengths, build effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting positive change.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support during a difficult time, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward your goals with confidence.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
