I am licensed in Illinois with more than two decades of counseling and mental health expertise. I work with ages 12 and older. I enjoy working with teens and adults and especially enjoy helping those in life transitions. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, depression, coping with life changes, and attention and concentration issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
