Learn MoreAbout Me
I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through periods of transition, reflection, and personal change. I often work with women who already have insight into themselves but feel uncertain, disconnected, or at a crossroads, understanding their patterns on one level, yet wanting support integrating that awareness into lived clarity and direction.
My approach is calm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. Sessions focus on slowing down and making sense of emotional patterns, life experiences, and internal narratives in a way that feels grounded and intentional rather than urgent. Many people I work with are functioning well in their daily lives, but feel internally unsettled or reflective during times of change or loss.
I value focused, intentional conversations and tend to work best with clients who appreciate a reflective pace and structured session time. Together, we work toward integration and meaning, helping insight become something that can be lived and embodied, not just understood.
