As a licensed therapist with two decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals and families who are often navigating complex challenges. My practice centers on helping address stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I offer a compassionate, nuanced approach that honors each person’s unique journey and individual needs. I’m particularly skilled at supporting those who are working through social anxiety, feelings of isolation, and past trauma.

I believe that we are each the experts in our own situations. Through active listening, trust building, reflection and gentle guidance, we can learn new ways to view our circumstances and uncover solutions which had not previously come to the forefront.
