I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois with 5 years of professional experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. I have experience helping couples and individual clients manage stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, always centered around the unique needs of each client.

I am a spiritual, Person-Centered therapist who focuses on creating a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you are empowered to explore your experiences and facilitate your own personal growth.
