I am a licensed mental health counselor, licensed in Massachusetts, with 4 years experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. Through my work I have supported clients in navigating life’s stressors, anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, motivation and beyond. I collaborate with my clients to create an open and honest space, where they can feel safe to share and grow. My style incorporates a collaborative strength-based approach with components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and client-centered practice, while keeping in mind individual experience and specific goals.
