About Me

I am a mental health therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in recovery from narcissistic abuse, addiction, and depression. My work centers on helping individuals rebuild self‑trust, emotional safety, and stability after prolonged psychological trauma and invalidating relationships.

I have extensive experience supporting clients through complex relational trauma, including gaslighting, emotional manipulation, and long‑term patterns of control. In addiction recovery, I focus on addressing the underlying emotional wounds that fuel substance use, while helping clients develop sustainable coping strategies and a stronger sense of self.

My therapeutic approach is trauma‑informed, collaborative, and strengths‑based, integrating evidence‑based practices with deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I strive to create a safe, grounded space where clients can process pain, reconnect with their values, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
