My name is Glenda Brauneis. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from Montana State University: Billings and graduated with my Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University: Billings. I utilize a multi-modality approach including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and positive psychology. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, attachment, anxiety, history of trauma, and identity development.
