Hi!
My name is Jackie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. I have over 20 years of experience, working as a social worker/therapist. I have worked in many different environments including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, hospital emergency room, schools and private practice. I have experience working with clients of all ages who present with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD, and ADHD. I have extensive experience working with adults, couples, children/teens and families. When working with clients, I look to help each client to identify strategies that can be employed on a daily basis to improve their relationships across all environments (home, school, work). I know how overwhelming life can be sometimes. I approach therapy as a collaboration between myself and the client. I see my role as helping you to take back control of your life. We will be working together to discuss and plan your treatment goals. I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they seek to have a fuller and happier life.
