She’s also the practice's clinical director and supervisor, and serves as a marriage and family therapy specialist on the EFT team. Her drive is to provide individuals, couples and families with the best possible tools and guidance to help them find the roots of their pain, heal relationships and grow in fulfilling ways. A Depth of Experience With Healing Relationships Dr. Gilmore’s qualifications and accreditations include her Doctorate and license in providing Marriage and Family Therapy, and her certification in providing emotionally focused therapy. She’s also a nationally approved supervisor and member in the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. In her clinical practice, she specializes in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, body image issues and challenges with sexuality and intimacy. She can use her clinical skills to help individuals, couples and families overcome these types of challenges, whether they appear in the context of internal struggles or manifest as unhelpful relationship dynamics and relational difficulties. Offering Accessible Care Because EFT’s offices are on opposite sides of Utah, Dr Gilmore is able to host her sessions in person as well as remotely. EFT is out of network for most insurers, but they are part of the Public Employees Health Program.
