Tonya Parrish

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have over 15 years experience in the mental health and substance use field. I have worked with all age ranges but primarily adults throughout my career. I offer counseling services for a wide-array of areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bi-polar, stress, grief, parenting and relationship needs.

My counseling approach is primarily person-centered, compassionate and solution oriented. I believe recovery is possible for everyone. We all need someone we trust to support, uplift and work through life events, family and individual needs and emotional challenges. Taking care of your mental health needs is a positive step in securing overall happiness, contentment and purpose in life. You are not a problem or a diagnosis. You are a person!
