My name is Shamika Carson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as Licensed Addictions Counselor with over 17 years of experience providing Counseling and Mental Health Services to individuals with a variety of concerns to include: Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse and Anger-Management. My counseling style is Client Centered as I believe that the client would benefit from services designed to meet their individual needs. With a theoretical approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques, I am confident in my ability to assist you in working toward your desired outcome.
