Hi! My name is Mike. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Oklahoma and have been providing therapy since 2015, when I began the licensing process. I also have an additional 5 years of experience in community mental health as a behavioral health case manager. I come from a background that consists of working for individuals that are experiencing and processing various mental health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings.
I have experience in helping people improving the use of coping skills, reducing family conflict, processing trauma and abuse, improving motivation and self esteem, building strengths, and improving confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also take confidentiality very seriously as I want this to be a safe place for you to discuss whatever you are needing to.
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I want this to work for you and am flexible with my approach in order to meet your needs.
