Kimberly is a licensed professional counselor, certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist who offers a holistic approach to psychological and physical wellness. Kimberly holds an MBA from Emory University, a Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, and has an extensive background in psychopharmacology and mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. Her training specialties include Addictions and Christian Sex Therapy. She is currently the owner of Fit Mind Fit Body Fit Soul, LLC, a Christian health and wellness company that integrates spiritual, mental, and physical components for a comprehensive approach towards lifelong wellness.
