I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and have over 20 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and children. I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength and is the first step to improving any situation. I believe solution focused therapy is best where someone can benefit from help as needed, as opposed to staying in counseling long term. This gives an individual time to focus on the implementation of newly learned coping strategies and come back during challenging times.
