I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, with an array of experience with diverse populations. I understand we do not always choose the hand we are dealt in life; nevertheless, we still have an opportunity to throw some cards back into the deck.
Through therapy, we will not only address the cards you have been dealt, but also provide you a chance to believe you can win. I recognize that therapy can be overwhelming and scary for many. For the aforementioned reason it is my desire to assist you as you embark upon this new journey in your life.
I utilize an array of approaches to aid in you becoming empowered. It is my goal to better equip you to recognize and/or face challenges in life, in order to live life on life’s terms. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in different settings. I understand the need for supportive, respectful, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment. Being able to address your concerns through a holistic approach will strengthen your overall well-being.
