Janell Jones

Hello,
My name is Janell Jones, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am excited to begin this journey with you. It is a big decision to enter therapy, and I am happy you have chosen me to help you.

I completed my education with the University of Phoenix where I received my degree in clinical counseling.

I like to use a variety of therapy modalities to benefit your therapy process including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is trauma informed.

I like clients to feel safe and welcome in session. My hope is to create space for you to dig deep and find the things that you need to work on the most. Becoming the most authentic version of yourself is key to happiness.

I became a therapist to help others learn how to change maladaptive behaviors so their lives can be more manageable and enjoyable. I enjoy helping clients become the most authentic version of themselves so they can enjoy the life they are living.

I enjoy reading, sewing and traveling. I find joy in the little things in life, and I hope to help you find joy and happiness too.
