Eric Ralph is a licensed professional counselor with LifeStance Health in Columbus, Ohio. He works with clients ages 6-64. You can call or book a new patient appointment with him online through LifeStance.

Mr. Ralph has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and is working on completing his master’s degree in clinical counseling from the University of Dayton. He doesn’t prescribe medications, but instead specializes in helping clients with mental health issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, PTSD and trauma.

Mr. Ralph’s goal as a counselor is to support individuals on their personal journeys to reaching their full potential and living meaningful lives. He uses a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), couples counseling, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
