I am licensed in Alabama with 8 years of professional work experience. I specialize in helping women with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, career difficulties, life coaching, & professional coaching. I was previously a clinical coordinator and trained a team of therapists to do what I do with the C.A.L.M. Method. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue that derails many of my women clients. I understand how life, relationships, depression, and grief throw you unexpected curves…And I am here to help you through every step, so you do not have to go through it alone anymore.
