I am compassionate, dedicated and committed to care for all ages and stages of life. My approach is person-centered integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness to foster overall well-being and personal growth. I have experience working with a diverse group of people in community mental health, school, hospital, residential setting and private practice.
