Angela Carrillo

I am a licensed psychologist in Arizona and Texas with experience supporting individuals facing stress, anxiety, and relationship-related concerns. My work focuses on helping clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while developing practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.

I often work with individuals experiencing heightened stress, anxiety, or interpersonal difficulties, and those navigating life transitions that may feel overwhelming or destabilizing. My approach is collaborative and structured, with an emphasis on clarity, self-awareness, and building coping skills that can be applied in daily life.

I also work with individuals who have experienced domestic violence by offering a thoughtful, respectful space to process experiences, strengthen boundaries, and regain a sense of personal agency. While I do not provide specialized trauma treatment, I can help clients explore the emotional and relational impacts of these experiences and identify supportive next steps.

My goal is to offer a supportive, straightforward therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with their values and needs.

I approach therapy in a down-to-earth, human way, without unnecessary jargon. I aim to offer a space where clients can be expressive and unfiltered, without fear of judgment, and feel supported in speaking honestly about what they’re experiencing.
