The counselors here are trained in dialectical behavior therapy as a core focus. They also have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) elements and mindfulness-based interventions. They have a multidisciplinary team made up of licensed clinical social workers, experienced group therapists, and licensed professional counselors. This team also helps provide family engagement opportunities and supportive programs.
