Advanced Therapy for Complex Trauma and Eating Disorders

She has additional advanced training in complex trauma and eating disorder treatment. She uses polyvagal theory, helping clients work with their bodies and nervous systems to regulate emotion and develop resilience. Additionally, she uses an attachment based, emotionally focused approach to treatment.
