Leaha Hammer, LIMHP, LMFT, is a licensed independent mental health practitioner and licensed marriage and family therapist. She is licensed in Nebraska and Washington.
Leaha has worked in non-profit and for-profit clinics, higher education, managed healthcare, and private practice. She works from a narrative framework that looks at an individual’s story and how life experiences shape who a person is today. Much of her experience is with young adults in transitional periods, women’s health, and parents facing difficult challenges. She also draws on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and systemic therapy.
