Learn MoreAbout Me
Hello, I’m Stephanie Rodriguez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging transitions. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in understanding how the brain, body, and nervous system respond to stress, trauma, loss, and adversity.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and emotional overwhelm. I have specialized experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, individuals impacted by traumatic experiences, and those adjusting to significant life changes.
As a clinician, I believe healing begins with feeling understood. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. My therapeutic style is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, psychoeducation, strengths-based interventions, and nervous system regulation strategies. I also have extensive experience helping clients understand how stress and trauma affect the brain, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning.
Whether you are facing a difficult season, processing past experiences, managing anxiety or depression, or simply looking to create meaningful change in your life, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
“You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.”
