Dr. Scott, Licensed Psychologist (DC, MD, VA)
Dr. Scott is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals manage stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. She works with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Her specialty areas include anxiety and stress management, life transitions and adjustment, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, career stress, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
Since being licensed in Virginia in 2006 and later obtaining licensure in DC and Maryland, Dr. Scott has provided psychotherapy, assessment, consultation, supervision, and training. She currently serves in a doctoral psychology internship program, helping train future psychologists.
Her relationship with God is important in Dr. Scott’s life. She welcomes and supports those who wish to explore Christian faith as part of their therapeutic journey.
Dr. Scott views psychology as both a profession and a calling, and she is passionate about helping others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
