Hello! I’m Antonía, and my motto is ‘Sparkle & Shine!’ I truly believe that whatever you’re going through, you can come out sparkling and shining like a diamond after it’s gone through the ‘pressuring’ process. The issues we face in life are often rooted in our individual and family dynamics, and my goal is to get to the bottom of those challenges in a safe, unique, and therapeutic environment.

I primarily specialize in helping children, adolescents, and women through various therapeutic techniques involving Expressive Art Therapies, such as music, art, and dance. With a background in Christian counseling, I also support individuals who wish to integrate their faith into their healing journey. I think outside of the box and encourage my clients to step out of their comfort zones and embrace their uniqueness as a platform to reach their full potential.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with a diverse population, particularly children, adolescents, women, Christians, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. My specialties include trauma, depression, gender identity challenges, social anxieties, bullying, ADHD, personality disorders, and substance abuse. I am committed to doing whatever it takes to walk individuals and families from where they are to where they would like to be, or at least start them on their way.
