I hold a Master’s degree in psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in a range of issues including anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, and dementia support.

Through a blend of person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I offer a unique framework that honors each individual’s experiences and fosters practical strategies for managing symptoms and improving overall well-being. I create a safe and validating space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. While integrating evidence-based interventions and practical tools to target specific symptoms and challenge negative thought patterns.
