Lacey Brinlee, LMFT, is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma Baptist University, earned in 2018. Specializing in trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, and group therapy, Lacey combines her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with trauma-focused approaches for a comprehensive therapeutic experience. Her certifications in Instinctual Trauma Response, Trust Based Relational Intervention, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) enable her to address the unique needs of her clients effectively.
Allied with immigrants, single mothers, women, and survivors of trauma and abuse, Lacey believes in therapy as a tool for sustainable and lasting change, emphasizing commitment and self-dedication. Her professional background includes diverse experience in various outpatient settings, including private practice and several agencies, where she has refined her skills to support her clients’ journeys.
Outside of her professional life, Lacey is a passionate animal and baby lover, enjoying time with her four dogs and her child. She delights in playing outdoors with them, along with engaging in arts and crafts, dancing, exercising, and home improvement projects. An enthusiastic shopper, Lacey’s vibrant personality and life experiences enrich her therapeutic approach, allowing her to connect deeply with clients and support them in their path toward healing and growth.
