About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of professional experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. My background includes extensive work with parents caring for children with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as supporting clients navigating maternal mental health concerns, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and suicidal ideation. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet clients with both clinical skill and genuine empathy, particularly during some of life’s most overwhelming moments.

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Behavioral Health at Arizona State University, which continues to deepen my understanding of evidence-based practices and whole-person care. My education and ongoing training allow me to integrate current research with practical, compassionate support tailored to each client’s unique situation.

My treatment approach is grounded in respect, sensitivity, and collaboration. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I work closely with each client to develop a personalized plan that reflects their goals, values, and lived experiences. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Seeking help takes courage, especially when facing uncertainty or emotional pain. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for greater balance and fulfillment, I am here to walk alongside you. My goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
