I am a nationally certified counselor and am licensed as a professional counselor in Alabama as well as Florida with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, couple’s conflicts, confidence, substance use, and severe mental illnesses. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
