Marika Dillard

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with independent licensure in Nevada, North Carolina, Alabama, and South Carolina. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and have completed continuing education in cultural competence, particularly focused on the African American community. I’ve also pursued specialized training in supporting clients with depression, alcohol use disorder, and other mood and behavioral concerns.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal oriented. I define success as helping clients recognize their growth and celebrate progress—no matter how small. I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and personalized to your unique journey.
