About Me

Hello, and welcome.

Seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and I’m glad you’re here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware, with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents through life’s challenges. I have worked in a wide range of settings, including outpatient clinics, residential treatment programs, schools, hospitals, in-home services, and virtually, which allows me to meet clients with flexibility, insight, and compassion.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, meaning I believe you already possess resilience, insight, and the capacity for growth, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and needs.

I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and patterns influence current behaviors and relationships. At the same time, I integrate a trauma-informed and holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. No single approach fits everyone, and we will work together to find what supports you best.

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and chronic health conditions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Choosing a therapist is a big decision. My intention is to build a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration, so we can work together toward meaningful change and lasting growth.
