Learn MoreAbout Me
Hello, I am Faye A. White. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling. I have been a LPC for 20 years. I have counseling experience working with clients who are depressed, those having anxiety and stress, career challenges, anger management, work and life balance issues, grief and loss, aging and geriatric challenges, relationship issues, parenting issues, and family conflict issues. I earned two M. A. Degrees in Counseling and a Doctorate Degree in Counseling.
My counseling style is caring, detailed and focused; assisting clients sort out the issues based on what is going on and develop goals that are realistic to work towards changing behavior that is more in line with what they want to do. My approach involves use of person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy.
I believe clients can make decisions for their lives once they look at all the options available , make a decision based on what they want to do ; set realistic goals and work to accomplish them.
I look forward to working with you!
