This is your time to grow. I am client-centered when I work with clients. I meet you where you are, and we go on this journey together. I also have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well. I have experience with trauma clients and those with a diagnosis of depression and anxiety. I was going to be a speech pathologist, but it didn't work out that way. I had always liked to talk with my friends about whatever was on their minds. I saw that counseling was a genuine way to connect with others in a helpful way. The first session is about the assessment. This is a thorough examination of pertinent issues. Using tools, this is a good foundation for therapy.
