I have 4 years of professional work experience at the clinical level and over a decade helping people in substance use/addiction. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with other addictions, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, & self esteem. I also have experience working with confidence. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of those I get the opportunity to work with. I enjoy taking a client-centered approach. This is where we work together to focus on things that will help you reach your goals.
