Thoughts and emotions can be complicated and overwhelming. No matter what challenges you are facing you do not have to walk alone. I enjoy working with people of all ages and I have experience in many areas including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Abuse, PTSD, Family Conflict, Low Self-Esteem, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Ineffective Boundaries, Anger Management, and Stress Management.
