Trauma Informed Mental Health Care for Teens
Nia has been in practice for 6 years. She’s a trauma informed therapist who helps those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, racial identity, chronic illness, mood disorders, stress and family conflict. She especially likes working with teenage clients. Her goal is to make sessions helpful and fun.Â
Culturally Sensitive CBT and SFBT
I’m impressed with the wide range of culturally sensitive, strength based therapeutic techniques she employs in her practice. She uses experiential therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).
