Aloha, I’m Cory Nicolas, LMHC, LPC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families understand their emotions, heal from trauma, and create meaningful change.

I’m the co-creator of The TRAP Method —a trauma-informed approach that helps clients recognize how past experiences shape present behaviors. My work integrates trauma-informed practices such as Brainspotting, and EMDR to help clients process their experiences and develop healthier emotional responses.
