Mental Health Coaching for Athletes
Professor Morgan works with children, preteens, teens and adults to help build their resiliency to challenging situations and to help them meet their individual goals. He believes that your thoughts and emotions impact your performance.
Just like a physical skill, mental skills take practice. He works with his clients to overcome performance anxiety, break through mental blocks, recover from setbacks or injuries, manage stress and burnout and improve focus and concentration. Â
One on One and Group Coaching Sessions
Each one on one coaching session lasts between 45-50 minutes. He offers package options that consist of 5 or 10 sessions that include a mental health coaching workbook, communication support, mental health assessments and an individualized ‘game plan’.
He also offers more affordable sessions that are 30-45 minutes. Potential clients should schedule a consultation or email for pricing.Â
Professor Morgan also offers group sessions for those who prefer to address their mental health issues in a peer-supported environment. Each group member receives a mental health coaching workbook and access to a recording of their coaching sessions to rewatch and learn from on their own time.Â
