About Me

Hello! Whether you are struggling with something significant or just needing a little extra support, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for you to share your experiences as I help you navigate life’s circumstances.

I received a Masters degree in Social Work in 2008 from Indiana University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014 after attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, history of trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, depression, intellectual disabilities, life transitions, and family conflict. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe in creating skills for effective coping mechanisms for overall wellness and life balance. I can collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, social service agencies.

I can interact with you in whatever manner you are most comfortable; including video, phone, and text.
