Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I have worked and interned in a variety of clinical settings such as group homes, residential treatment facilities, crisis centers, detention centers, juvenile drug court, and outpatient practices. My clinical experiences include working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of ethnic, racial, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation exceptionalities, religious, geographical areas, and academic/professional background. I have worked with an array of mental illnesses and have served those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
