I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. Although I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, I have provided therapy to all ages and most disorders. I have a passion for working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma to help them find ways to create their paths and walk successfully through them.

My approach is unique to each person I work with, as everyone has different needs. Whether our sessions are activity-based, learning-based, processing day-to-day struggles, or past issues, I will meet you where you are and we can begin your healing journey, together. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
