I am a professional counselor in the state of Virginia with 7 years of experience working with teens, adults, and the elderly population! I have worked in a small counseling practice, in-home services services, psychosocial group support, outpatient counseling, grief camp, life coaching, and community mental health! I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, self harm, fear, stress, psychosis, and major life changes. My passion is helping people find hope in knowing the dark days won’t last forever.
