I am licensed in Florida with over 7 years as a licensed mental health therapist, along with more than 25 years of service in the faith-based community supporting single mothers, young adults, and individuals navigating marital and relationship challenges. I help clients manage stress and anxiety, process grief, build anger management skills, and self-esteem.

I strive to create a safe, open space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. You are an active partner in your healing, and together we will work at a pace that feels right for you. I provide therapeutic tools to assist you away from therapy. I also support windows processing the emotional impact of not having a partner, offering a compassionate space to heal and grow.
