Rhonda Sexton

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPCC) based in Kentucky with 10 years of professional work experience. My experience comes from providing mental health and behavioral counseling for adults with a variety of presenting issues, including stress, anxiety, addiction, motivation, self esteem, confidence, relationship issues, communication and coping with life changes. My therapy style and approach draws from Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy.
